I can't say how close it would be, but I think that Detail Associates makes a version of the GE Floating Bolster sideframes. As I recall, it's the same general shape, although you might have to add to or alter the details.

The FB-2 is completely different. No US-built Alco had them, only MLW M420s.

You should be able to find some old Model Power FAs or Sharks, or some LifeLike (Proto-no-thousand 
) RS-11s that will have suitable AAR trucks.
