Jimmy is enjoying his birthday at a mountain retreat in the Drakensburg Range. A well deserved one week rest for this hard working man who even though he is retired, still takes on challenges to train rookies in maintenance of those mine elevators.

Had a good one, Birthday and holiday .....my wife wants to know if any other railway lunatic takes his box of scratch building materials and tools with him on holiday ? ( the weather was cold, so it was indoor activities in front of a wood fire) almost completed my new building, only the weathering to do. Will post a picture tomorrow Many thanks for the Birthday wishes

Jimmy tell Wendy I am one of those lunatics who always takes scratchbuilding stuff when I go away including a Christmas visit to my son in British Columbia. She probably already knows that.
