My sincere thanks to each of you for the birthday greetings. I can assure you that at my age ALL of them are good ones

What makes them even better is to have all my grand daughters call to sing Happy Birthday to grandpa and to have friends like here on the Gauge to take the time to send along greetings.

Thanks Mikey and thanks again Dave. It was a fun day with grand daughters calling to sing. What the 6 years olds lack in pitch they certainly make up for it with volume

Wind chill here this morning -9 F. I know that makes our Canadian friends chuckle, but I'm not used to it and I don't want to get used to it
