I found a great structure to model not far from where I work in eastern PA.
This building, called Lenape Hall, was build in Doylestown, PA in 1874. There are many other historic buildings in this town/county (Bucks County) and if you're modeling the Pennsy, there's some good stuff to be found in a google search with these terms.
