Well, the lighting turned out not very good (I really should have added another light), but, at any rate, here's the rest of the pics as the Gauge boxcar continues its whirlwind tour of the Wheat Kings & Pacific.
(1) The Gauge boxcar is set out in Dodge City, and the Santa Fe mixed freight starts moving out.
(2) A few hours later, Rock Island 38, led by #4794 (an EMD SD40-2), picks up the boxcar in Dodge City, and heads towards Amarillo.
(3) Now in Amarillo, train 38 has set out a boxcar at Progress Railservices, and is reconnecting to a CN centerbeam flatcar, and the rest of its cars.
(4) Here the train crosses over what will be Redrock Canyon (currently it looks more like the River of Woodlands Risers).
(5) Last pic on the Wheat Kings and Pacific, as the boxcar heads towards Illinois on its next stop on the world tour. Here it passes Lee Cement in Herington KS.
