Look what was waiting for Interurban this Saturday afternoon, 6612.

The gentelman walking off the unit was telling me the units problems
And it will proberly end up back south of the border.

they are patching all locomotives that are not in UP numbers to the UP number system, making room for new models using old numbers. they want to have all the same models in the same numbers ,

Val the Southern Pacific was taken over by the Union Pacific in 1996 following years of financial problems. So that's why the numbers are painted in U.P colors.
