Indeed. Honestly, the English team brought back much fun, enthusiasm and esprit to the matches. I really enjoyed watching them and I sincerely think that if they continue the way they have gone they might be able to reach the finals again in 2022. They are No 4 of the world now, officially. That's quite an achievement. After the medals were given out I switched to Wimbledon - and guess who was there: Kate & Meghan, sitting side by side watching the match!

Now I'm looking forward to the finale. And judging from what was delivered so far I strongly suppose that we might see more players kissing the grass than goals being made...

Alright, this was quite the opposite of what I expected. This final match was a real treat! Both teams did not disappoint. The match was full of surprises and tension, there were many goals and both teams showed fair play. Major kudos to Croatia and congratulations to France! A formidable conclusion to a very interesting and surprising competition.

I agree RF, fantastic game to watch, no incidents or "handbags". Croatia never gave up & both teams played very well.
