Yep, approximately. 
According to wookiepedia the original one is about 67 cm tall.

The reason why I was so unsure about the scale first was I had no idea if the measurements went from bottom to the top of the head or from bottom to the top end of the antennas. I took the liberty to say, it was measured from bottom to the top of the head.
