Dyeing ties for handlaying track

I have made a simple video on how I lay down my ties. I hope this is

helpful to you.
I am trying to make a complete "how to"on handlaying track for people who

don't know how but want to learn it.

I am using a simple camera that has video capabilities. The video is shot

at 15 frames per second and is not all that good [as some keep reminding

me].

SOOOO if you want better video tutorials then someone send me a spare

camcorder and I will be more then happy to make decent video tutorials

[ALL FREE of course] for everyone that wants them.

Good idea i also found that adding a teaspoon of india ink to a bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol works good also and makes for a good weathering wash.

Um er, mountians the forum is trains not the 1960's LOL

railroader, can't seem to find indian ink here. Also I don't like using alcohol if I can help it. The fumes etc, anyhow, this is just "one more" way to do something we all do who handlay track
