Twice now in the last two days I have posted a response to a thread, seen it appear on the forum page, and come back the following day to find it gone. Do we have yet another problem, Houston?
Possibly, we need to know though since we are not deleting posts. We even save all spam messages just don't make them visible. I did find one of your posts, but it was a duplicate of another post and I think it happened when we were having that duplicate posting problem a week or so ago. I cannot find any others of yours, so let me know what forums or threads they were in and I can pass that along.Twice now in the last two days I have posted a response to a thread, seen it appear on the forum page, and come back the following day to find it gone. I really can't remember what the first thing to go was. I've lost so much lately, I can't keep track.
Yeah, let me know, and I'll let you know what the duplicate one was that was deleted. it was on Oct 21, not one of those that got lost.
Its all a conspiracy against you MM. Pay no attention to men in black outside your house or the flying helicopter overhead.
That has happened to us all. I know one admin (name unknown) who does the opposite. He hits the "submit" button rather than "preview post", when he really wanted to check all of his typos.....sign1Because of the several fora that I deal with, I sometimes click the "preview post" button instead of "submit" in error. The post appears to me, but then is lost when I retreat out of the thread.
Probably not since it is obvious at the time that it was what happened. There are still a few gremlins running around, but CG has caught most of them already.Unfortunately, that wasn't the case with me.
