Oh, that's sweet, another use for my table saw! Looks just right for getting the plastic folks up and down the mountain for work. Have you run it on any of your new steeper grades? I thought I might chop mine a bit shorter, is that a possibility, or would it get into the mechanicals too much?

That s a neat little doodlebug, Shamus. How did you handle the other end? Just keep the door? Prolbem is with the doodlebug, you've gotta turn them to run the other way. Keep the articulated coupler? Perhaps use the left over as a trailer car for when times in the camp are busy?

What did they do with doodlebugs in real usage? Turn them at each terminus?

Hi Woodie, should really have bought two d/bugs, then I could have used both fronts. Wouldn't matter then about turning it. :D
