Curiosity

[Dyna-Soar]

This is my build of Retired-For-Now's MSL-better known as "Curiosity". I believe this is the longest a paper model has taken me to complete, as I started back in January and finished last night.

Here it is on "Mars", which is actually a patch of dirt near my dad's body shop that I leveled off with a garden hoe.

VERY nicely done! I like the exploration setting, though it might be a bit large if you have to move the diorama ...

Im as far as everything is done apart from the wheels,

and Ive been checking pics out of them ..
here's a comparison between PathFinder,Spirit/Opertunity,and Curiosity's wheels

So far its been an easy build,but the sample arm takes a bit of figuring out
