Confused!

Hi evryone,

I recently purchased a South West Trains livery Class 170 online it came through today and on the plastic case their is quite a big crack! How badly will this damage the value of the model? Is it worth trying to get a refund? Also it runs incredibly slow is this normal?

The set, as hard as it maybe to part with it, I would get it back, or file a claim with the carrier.
