Great day in the morning! It's 64 degrees here. :eek: I snuck out a back door to go down to Powell's - found a copy of The Last Days of the Steam Railway - edited by Alan Postlethwaite - and full of photos of British steamers for just $6.50. :mrgreen:

I don't know of any LHS in Orlando, but there is a really cool model rr museum with an awesome 5000sf layout. It's on the same Trolley line as the Convention Center.....costs $8 to get in.....

Buckeye, thanks, we are both heading to Orlando the end of this month. We were hoping to get a good trainstore to visit. Please let us know what you find out.

Ahh peace and quiet how nice. sorry just left CTT coffee shop brent, bfskinner,jonadel and a few others going at it.

Oh well . not much happening here did some work today in disasembling my porch.
 
Warm here too. 64 degrees a new high for this date. rain and wind tomorrow then back to low 30s. Did my errands today felt like spring. I'm going back to watch the ruckus at CTT. wall1 Some just never learn.
 
Hey RT, I'm just happy, we've been above freezing for 55 hours and that is truly something to celebrate :woot1:Now I'm hoping for a Big 10 victory tonight with The Ohio State University, I sure hope they show the TUBA player dotting the i---that is a big deal :thumb:

That is not the first time that bfskinner has taken a bite out of someone for absolutely nothing. Now he wants us to ignore him. He is going to get his wish!!! I like making people all :mrgreen:.

Tom, I am required to go to cold rainy Florida for work or I would join you on the beach.

Buckeye....We will just add the dope to our famous " Fruits & Nuts " list. It would be a pleasure to ignore him. There is nothing there to pay attention to.

Sorry, just had to post a little reply on the other place. BFS has gotten under my craw a few times. Did get some wiring done on the layout. Have all switches wired, just need to work on the power pick ups and then I should have all rails powered and ready to go.

Oh i know about bfskinner and his bite I don't reply to him as it just eggs him on more I just come over here for some basic calm and quiet lol. Yes jonadel i knew you did it to bug him but it don't help the trouble over there . I know as the chief has said ignore, ignore, ignore. I agree but you really can't help reading it.

They need to make a forum page just for about 6 of them over there so they can go cry about each other saying this or that lol. and yell at each other telling each other how wrong and dumb they are lol.
 
If they keep it up the coffee is going to get a bitter taste and thats not good for anyone.

Evening all!

Been busy. Stripped and repainted the 2025. Turned out very nice. Stripping that paint was a bear. Used striper and lacquer thinner.

Well Don were your ears ringing, or is it nose itchy??? Anyway....My bride leaves the second week of February for India (work), and I'll be constructing an expansion...across to the desk, into a tunnel under the CPU and printer, and adding a reverse loop at the end over the top of Grandma's rocker. I'm naming the bridge from the board to the desk the Don B. Bridge, since I'll probably be living in a tent in the back yard like yourself, when she gets home.

Off to Arizona Wednesday. My Father turns 75! SSShhhh. We plan to suprise him by showing up at this house! His wife knows. Plan to meet up with EZDays (moderator here) while in town.

I've been having some problems where I post a reply (nothing mean just a normal one ) and it will show up and then be gone 10 minutes later done it on both forums so don't know or as you saw I will get like 3 replys or something to that afect. LOL
