BN 4186 Diesel made by Mehanotehnika Izola? Isn't that just Atlas?

Hi ALL!
Well I have this BN 4186...is it an Alco RS-11? Then it says Mehanotehnika Izola , made in Yugoslavia. Isn't that just AHM or Atlas? Pics below!

This locomotive is a Alco RS-11. The real deal BN #4186 started life as Northern Pacific #906, built in July of 1958. I've found a picture of it in line with a bunch of other Alcos.

As for the model part, Mehano is a separate company than AHM and Atlas.
