Hi to all!

I come back here to show my latest model.

The model its already finished, but before I show it I will let some pictures that I took during the build.

That hull looks fantastic. The only way to improve on it would be by filling and sanding, but you lose something, unless you put in all the weld lines, etc.. These ships aren't as smooth in real life as they look in pictures. It depends a lot on when they were made. A ship made in warm latitudes will shrink in colder waters, while a ship made in colder weather will stretch smoother in warmer waters. I have never see any ship model out of any medium able to capture that effect.

Your hull is straight and true, it's a real beauty! The underpinnings of a great ship!! :)

Thank you to all!

Zathros - To make the hull I just did it with the pieces that the kit have without any changes. The fit was very good.
Only on the sides above the water I had some small fit problems.

Continuing with chimney and with all the things that goes together with it.

The only battleship model I ever tried to build as a display, the old Airfix 1/700 Bismarck. Great work on an iconic ship.
