Drool, looking forward to you making this into another master piece! Death Star interior (unfinished section) should be interesting...
Typical Bandai construction went very fast, but the details will pop with painting...these piks just have the interior "under construction" areas painted in a darker grey...

The Model looks great!! Amazing how much detail. and from a PLASTIC kit to boot! Would have thought it would have to be resin, for that amount of detail! Thank goodness it isn't, I hate resin kits!

LOL, used to do the same! Many re-enactments of the Battle of Britain in my back yard 
It's a pity the scale is so big you can't have a Falcon and/or X-Wing/A-Wing flying along the surface....
