atlas gp-38 high hood

Does anyone know if atlas produced the gp-38 high hood in norfolk & western?

I believe they might have. I know they had them in Southern as I have two of there shells were I only needed the mechs.
If they didn't, it would be easy enough to stip and paint a Southern into N&W
