i was going to, but the original film ATST has no glass either, only movable armor plates to cover it.

The hatches will suffice. They are closed all the time, so it is safe to assume that the pilots use HUDs for navigating.

The "ears" are finished and the next parts are already waiting. Parts 121, 122, 128, 129 (see red arrows) must be reinforced, i.e. doubled, otherwise they will be too weak and break and the slits cut out generously. The gluing is a bit fiddly, only glue small areas at a time, allow to dry and continue gluing. With a little patience, it can be done.
