Saw this interesting listing for a railroad for sale. I'm guessing by the facts listed that it's the Cape Cod Central Railroad. So, whos' buying it?

I just phoned the wife and asked her what she thought about moving to Mass.
Her reply was can you make more money than you currently make and isn't it colder there than in Indiana?

It says training provided....does that mean getting your certs? It wouldn't take too long during the fall season to accumulate 80 hours at the throttle!

Those numbers are TERRIBLE! Cash flow of 6% on revenue? Yikes! You'll be lucky to net one red cent out of that.

Hmmm, you know, I read that wrong. THanks for pointing that out! I certainly would not make as more than I make now, which will dampen the purchasing efforts....
