I think what you really need to do Soaring, is convince your teacher that Gundam card model construction IS a science project, then you won't have so many issues with time.

On that note, it took me a while, I drew a few sketches and finally came up with a joint! That uses 3 different movements :twisted:
-Alright, first attachment, shows...My sketches of examples of what I tried to do.
I tried using needles and or toothpicks last night. The whole thing worked, but...I wanna make joints out of only paper :thumb: So, I scrapped that...
-The "Cut" one, is where I cut the connector into three pieces, which rotate around one long papertube. It failed miserably
-Then, I tried the flap, I was Desperate. xD, it worked, but Durability was a bit of a problem....
I finally found a joint that works! I searched on this Hobby forum, some Lego Forums, and Korean Forums for joint help. Finally, it took me a few minutes to do this ^.^
The hardest part was getting around that connector piece sign1
No more for tonight, I'll finished up that Conclusion, and Work this by TOmorrow, sorry for rearranging the dates agiain...
-oh yeah,only thing I regret is not making Ankle joints, I can't pose this into a kick anymore :S Otherwiase, the remaining foot would just fall

Really impressive buddy. It can be a daunting task to take a static model and give it mobility. You're doing a fine job soaring. 
Don't stress with the ankle, I found that to be the trickiest part to design in my Stamen.

On that note, I am preety sick... This is what I get for not getting my flu shot in the winter time....Now my brothers and sisters and me are all sick, and we got sick overnight......Who knows when I might start back up, since I get a headache by even typing and or looking at the monitor. I hope to begin again next week, as I want to use all my energy for school, especially in demanding activities....

Well, Finally........I guess I'm back to normal, going back to track on Monday, singing in the choir.......YAY!!!!!!!! I love being healthy! So, I have cut out late modeling from now on to keep up my resistance! Sorry, anyways......Since my vision stilll hasn't adjusted to the lighting and textures of the world, I decided to papercraft in my time.
As for TR-1 Hazel...(YES!) I got the joints to work! I made the waist, most of it, I still have to add the side guards and ammo. Then onto the chest!!!!
So for points of poseability, there is, a point in the knee joint, in the thigh rotation, kick function, forward and backward rotation. So far, all in all, this model has 8 points of articulation....I want it to have 20 So, I have to do the chest's rotation, the head, shoulder, arm....hand....

So, sit back, and lookey at the purty pictures....*Sorry it took me so long to do half of the model, in truth, I really spent....2 1/2 weeks to make half of this, but counting slacking off....it took me 2 months. REmember, I don't model alot anymore :cry:

Soaring, I doubt you're keeping copies of your joint designs? Just thought tha with the original designers permission you could crank this out as a new download for others to have a poseable Hazel.
If not, maybe you could go into alittle more detail as t how yu achieved tis so that other may try it also?? Just a though but I'm sure others would b tempted to try this after seeing the great success you've had.

Alright, next big thing on Hazel Gundam, the jetpack For this piece, I wanna do a few things....
-The Top part of the jetpack has to elevate
-The Top part should be able to move back
-The top part should be able to hold the shield in an incline formation without adhesive assist...ops:
More thinking! I have to make an internal structure for the main bar to hold, and the secondary part of the jetpack should hold the pillar which pastes the top....It may make no sense....So you'll all just have to wait till the weekend...Sorry, I have my Science Tests.....Math Quizes....Tests.....L.A. Tests....Fitness Focus Test....More waiting :thumb:

Ugh, I ran outta glue....:cry: That means no more modeling till....either tomorrow or next week Thursday, or the weekend :cry:
So, all I have to show anyone who cares, is the chest poseability. I know, it isn't glued on yet, since I ran out of glue in the middle of it all....So, I'm just going to cut, score, preshape and wait until I get myself 3 bottles of glue :twisted:
So, here are the photos, not much to say, just that I added the chest. Also, there are.....3 points of articulation in the waist. Front to back swaying motion, side to side swaying motion, and 360 degree turn. I also added a few layers to add elevation
