A Couple of Pix from Paris

My wife and I made a quick trip to Paris to celebrate her birthday last month. Naturally I had to bring back a picture or two on a train theme. Here is the first one shot as a train was pulling into a metro station.

Here's a train going through in the other direction. This gives a better full-length of one car.

I like that picture! Just enough blurr on the train to give it a sense of motion, and I like the way it's composed, the "head" of the subj is slightly off center.

Taken in the late evening with rain off and on. This is the line with the rubber tires instead of conventional flanged steel wheels. It is a fast, smooth ride.

Yes, the Metro is kept very clean.
