Looks like a grain of wheat lamp to me....called a GOW...what did it come out of? Am I seeing 4 wires?? or just shadows??

MSH, I agree with Vic. You should be able to get another one at your local hobby shop or Radio Shack if you have one of those near you. I think they usually come 2 or 3 to a package.
