2 Roads plan????

I have a 10'x14' room to put a layout in. What I would like to do is have two different Railroads (Missouri Pacific and Rock Island in the 50's-60's).
Has anyone built a layout like that? When ever I do a search on any site I either come up with a lot of info on making roads or no info can be found.
Any help would be helpful and appreciated.

Start by thinking about how you want the two roads to interact. Also, do you want one road to dominate, or should they be equal? Is there a specific location you're trying to model?

google Aberfoyle Junction. This layout is based on a junction of CN and CP in Southern Ontario. It's now a bit bigger than your space, but the original layout (which is still in there) was much smaller.
