1967 VW Beatle

It is his Herbie fully loaded model. I recolored it, and designed tires and rims for it.

I originally kept the rear brake lights silvery like the front turn signals, but changed to the recolored ones instead.

The Beetle models always scare me because of the compound curves. Good job. A candidate for water forming. There's a model of a Porsche engine, I'll try to find it, that, if you took off the fenders, and the rear lid, you could make an awesome beach buggy. Not on this model, but as a possible build again project. Kudos for taking a very hard to build, convincing model.

Thanks zathros! This is a picture of the original model by wongday. I found a better VW Beatle, but from the parts page it must be 24 inches long! There are 32 pages of parts! Some day I may try building it,but not in the near future. Not sure where I found it or who designed it.
