I've just been doing some measurements of my test print templates and it looks like the model will be closer to 1/28 scale.
1:21 scale Millennium Falcon (hopefully)

With scale 1:28 you are getting close to first falcon movie model "5footer" (cca 164cm lenght). It is cca 1:21 scale.
Please consider making it in this size
. It would give the model interesting label "original movie model scale (studio scale)". And it coud have positive impact in auction. And it will be first paper model that big of millenium falcon. And you will became famouse and rich and stuff like that (Disclaimer: I am not trying to very inconspicuously and subletly persuade you)

@Revell-Fan the test was one page on normal paper just to get an idea of the size.

I just checked the print dialogue in Adobe and it looks like 380% will be roughly studio scale. Just over 3 foot for the curve/dome and then about a foot and a half for the mandible. Not forgetting the extra little bit overhanging from the hyperdrive. I make that close to 5 foot.
Each page will use 16 a4 sheets Just for 1 print. Better rescale uhu's cockpit and get more card.

5footer is merely a nickname. Model has actualy cca 5,3 foot (164cm).

Yeah but that's a heck of a lot of card to be going through...
It still has to be stored somewhere during construction. But yes, it will go to the comic shop. Which is why I was checking scale for the tie fighter. I'm hoping to do the falcon and tie fighter from shunichi and tie interceptor from uhu02 all in the same scale. Also putting uhu's interceptor cockpit into the tie fighter... because why not?

That will need a tremendous amount of internal formers and stabilizers. You could laminate the pieces to poster board to strengthen them in the first place, especially the parts for the outer hull. That's an area that should not become a victim to sagging. Anyway, this size opens endless greebling possibilities... Even lights and removable panels to show the interior... You could print the plans in black and white and paint the model later which would eliminate the black outlines, too... There is so much potential!
Man, what an undertaking! I'm looking forward to seeing the results! If you're going the extra mile of upsizing it, I could link you to a thread in the RPF where they mapped out the model kit parts used for the Falcon so you can give it higher fidelity than the original model kit had.
@Revell-Fan I have some ideas for strengthening but lamination sounds good. I would love to put lights and an interior in it but I have no idea where to start on that front. I've never tried electronics before. I think for 1/21 scale, I would have to increase the templates by around 480%. Good job they are in vector format.

I may be getting help from a friend on this. He's built a 32 inch kit before and painted and weathered it. He's also a big star wars fan.

After fiddling with Adobe I can bear to go to 475% which will use 25 sheets per template page. I better take out shares in card. This is going to be interesting. I've never tried anything this big or detailed before.

You should also find a safe place for working. Tim Ketzer once said, rigging up the skeleton and the hull was the fastest part in recreating the MF. Then the greeblies came. And the ate time. He had spent months for finishing his replica (made from scratch). Developing an easy way of transportation would be wise, too.

I'm thinking detachable rear section and mandibles if it's do-able. That would make transporting it a lot easier. I'm seriously considering the idea of fibre optics too as uhu's cockpit at that scale would be about half the original size.
What about going "all-in" and use plywood for the formers and the outer hull? That might give enough strength to the build... Just a guess. Since I have not built such a big model (yet ) I have no idea if that proposal works...

Never used plywood. Id rather stick with foamboard. It should be ok with a bit of strengthening.
... Foamboard - not bad. Corrugated card could become handy, too. Save all the boxes you can see and ask for scrap pieces in furniture stores. I once scored a huge load of it when we got new chairs and tables at work. They would have been tossed into the garbage, so I was free to pick whatever I needed.
