    Hindenburg LZ 129

New airship models are always welcome! Now, I usually hate it when I see people do this, but now I find myself doing it, before a design is even finished, asking for another one. If I'm not mstaken, the dimensions of the Graf Zeppelin II are very close, if not the same as Hindenberg's. Maybe...

    My Space 1999 Eagle Transporter

Very nice. If you're not a member already, you should join the Space: 1999 Eagle Transporter forum and show your work off there, as well. Link; http://www.eagletransporter.com/forum/index.php Scott K.

    TIE-Defender finished pics

Looks good, Thyrrus. I thought it looked vaguely familiar, so I checked my links. It's one of Paragon's Makino mods. There's 2 or 3 other variations on his site, too, here; http://www.freewebs.com/paragon19/ Scott K.

    Hi, my name is namless

Hi nameless, welcome from me as well. Your actually the second person with that name I've "met" now. The was a female resident at the last nursing home I worked for whose legal first name actually was "Nameless", believe it or not. I never did find out why... Scott K.

    DH.6 from Polish forum

Those two planes aren't the result of paper modeling. They're the product of master craftsmen that just happened to use paper in their modeling! Scott K.

Using cardboard to restore a plastic 1950 Studebaker.

I thought that car looked somewhat familiar, but couldn't figure out why. Now I know. There's a blue one just like it sitting just down the road from me at our local repair shop! Good to see there is hope for all those warped promos out there... Scott K.

    A 787 paper model?

Trent Henry, aka "Nothing", had a free one on his site, but it appears to be discontinued now. The saved site in the Internet Archive doesn't include the downloads from it either, unfortunately. I don't know if it was ever available anywhere else. He also had a Boeing Blended-Wing-Body, and a...

A Tu-114 paper or plastic model?

My searching found 2 cardmodel TU-114's, one by Maly Modelarz, and the other by Kranich. I don't know if either is currently available for purchase anywhere. Scott K.

    The Edmund Fitzgerald Project

It is an odd color combination, isn't it? The colors don't look quite right in the picture, but they are prototypic. The deck color (red oxide, or close to it) is typical of nearly all lakers, and the blue hull was inspired by the former Voyageur Marine's Martime Trader (below). The first...

    The Edmund Fitzgerald Project

Can I necropost on my own thread? I can't believe its been over 4 years since I posted anything on this. Sure wish I could still do so under my old account, but that was apparently deleted by "the shark". I'm still working on the 250th version, and have actually started construction. No pix...

    Lockheed 104a

Hi Dario. You can find the model on Kancho's page here; http://paperwings.phobby.com/ Just click on the "Free Models" tab at the top right of the page. There are several other models to download there as well. Kancho has been very generous with them, and also offers a number of other excellent...

    V-19 Torrent

I was certain there was another Torrent out there besides the French one, but it turned out I was thinking of Jaybat's V-Wing, and Paper Replika's ARC-170. PR does list a mini V-19 (probably Momir Farooq's), but I'm sure that's not what you're looking for, either. Scott K. (Umm, Zath...

Union Pacific BIG BOY 4-8-8-4 1/25 Scale (Engine)

Hi Kooklik, still watching this with considerable interest. Surely one of the greatest models ever built! I just came across this page; http://www.fineartmodels.com/fineartmodels.com/Big_Boy.html which I thought might be of some interest and/or use to you. The models are sold out now, but they...

    http://gahm.deds.nl/index.htm#

My son and I were on our way to a model train show a few years ago, when we passed a local smal airport, and had a "What is That?!?" moment. There on the apron, sat the Do24TT. I'm assuming Dornier's grandson was staying at a nearby motel (lots there, right on the NYS thruway). I looked it up...

    Deadliest Catch Cornelia Marie

I calculate 1/108th scale from your numbers. 126 feet times 12 inches to a foot equals 1512 inches. 1512 inches divided by the 14 inch length of the model equals 108, so 1/108th scale. The model looks great, btw! Can't wait to see the others. Scott K.

    TCS Tiger's Claw

It's looking good, Privateer! I'm always glad to see another capital ship being modeled, no matter what movie/show/game/book its from. There's also a TCS Victory out there somewhere, too. I just did a quick search, and found the Victory here; http://papercommander.solsector.net/, as well as...

Think Jays Galactica is lonely, need some help

I had the same problem, then I found out how to view the file extension, and then change it. When I did it, I just backspaced out the ".zip", since the ".z01", etc. was already at the end of each file name. Then, I opened the first file (the one that did not need to be changed), and it worked...

    i'm Looking for Rollercoasters

Sorry, I should've mentioned the model was a design prototype for a full-sized coaster builder somewhere. Scott K.
