Great Looking Engines They could be Atlas GP-30's

N scale using n scale on the Scenic Ridge layout. I am not modeling any perticular road.

I need suggestions from you. The engine needs to pull 10 cars up a 4% grade without slipping. Is there a diesel out there that can do it.

What kind of EMD You don't mention the model EMD. Who made them.What did you spend? I won't tell yor wife.

Hello Rory It is near the edge but I had to lower the camera into the stream area and use the LCD screen to position the shot. The problem using the LCD screen is you can't tell if it is in focus[ close-up ].

Top View of Lake Here is another view of the lake from above. Yes there are two canoes available for use. That is a Life Like SD-7 making it's test run. It was only able to pull 7 cars up hill before the wheels began to slip.

Mikado Here is another view of 'Ridge'. I added a lake on the left side of the layout and a dairy farm on the right side.

Pulling Power I agree BDC. I was only able to pull 4 cars up a steep grade.After adding the traction tires I was able to pull 10 cars [ thats all I have right now].
