i made them as true as i could and then used the point to secure it in the other tank side wall all said and done it seems to work very well... i will go ahead and make some axel swing rods and do some test fitting before any glue is applied any suggestions? time to go to bed more...

Damn charlie, im going to have to thank you 2x :thumb: that is going to work superbly i tested a hole mount in the tiger (thank you chinese punch drill) and the bamboo rod is going to be a much superior mount for the whole kit, i was thinking i would just run it like a axel but they are off...

very keen observation, i think i will do as you suggest and use some bamboo rods i have for th 3mm pins tyvm
