Made a little more progress. It was a bit tough to roll the masts with the thick paper I used, but I got it to look ok. Working on making the cannons now.. lots of them and it's kinda repetitive.

I managed to get the deck part together and attached last night. Lots and lots of gluing and clamping to get this together well with no bowing and all the hand rail parts aligned. I figured the deck should get extra support underneath since the masts get attached, so I ended up laminating 6...

The paper is fine so far. I bit stiffer than I used last time. I printed my last models on 65lb stock. The paper is gluing and holding together fine so far. Im just using white elmers glue spread very thin.

Hey I just finished making one of these too! My first ever build! I'm starting the galactica ship next. Yours looks good! The only part I hated was making the wings, so many fiddly folds. Also I had a hard time making the guns, but it looks ok for my first try I think.
