I noticed that you mentioned a ghost train, but nobody seems to have mentioned a ghost town! If your modeling in a large scale there's plenty you can do with random lights & doors opening & shutting wired up to your switch motors?

Does anyone have any resources for either scratch building or bashing ore cars? I can't seem to find any plans anywhere on the net so I'm a bit reluctant to start from scratch. I was thinking about bashing either some HO gauge wagons or O gauge wagons, but I can't decide which way to go. Has...

For white metal kits you need either low melt temperature solder or epoxy resin (2 part glue)

I see what your saying Galen, but I really want something a bit more permanent than that. I did think to possibly switching back to 009, but then I decided against it. I'm going to stick with On30 & HO & I figure with being able to use much tighter turns in On30 running critters & shorties...

Just hook em up & if there is a height difference, get the dremel out and carefully create a small slope over the longest bit of track you can. :thumb:
