Thanks Bob P. Yes, a Japanese layout should be crowded !!!! I do have a lot of people available, but didn't get time to stick them all down (takes 1-2 minutes per person!!!) The earlier shots have more people and cars in them than the later shots, which were done after I go the layout home...

The main Tokyu Den'en-toshi line that runs from Shibuya to Chuo-rinkan, while not officially a 'subway' line, IS underground at Sangenjaya, where the Setagaya line starts. My station on the layout, whatever it is called, is not a terminus, and I will not be running Tokyu trains in the subway...
