Can you guys remember these items that i started to make for the Boeing 707 {see attachments} Whilst still in a builders block with the Boeing B-52, i decided to carry on and try and finish the B-707. I have been trying to get hold of the original designer of this model {Bob B.} to try and get...

Martin.... this is a tough model to build, and you have my respect for seeing it through. You build fast, and like John says, re-skinning can overcome some areas dents and misshapes - whatever you say, this is finished, and YOU finished it, so well done :thumb:

Hey John, not familiar with the programme you mentioned, i bet Phil {Gixergs} could shed some light on this announce1 PHIL!!!!!! We had some of the best TV programmes on the planet back then. V was certainly an eye opener to what could be achieved given the right budget ! The original, they say...

Now a paper model can be re-built, but a violin :eek: yes it can be rebuilt at a cost - and would never sound the same again. I restored a violin many MANY years ago, and enjoyed every minute of it, the guy i did this for asked how much he owed me - i said "Play me something from Vivaldi's four...
