    Do-24k,1/75

Thank you very much to all for commenting or just going through here and see. And if someone something was your guide, better yet. The end of the Do-24k, Gerard's great design of this beautiful plane. Except for a couple of adjustments all marched The last stage, some extra details, I could add...

All these comments are hieroglyphics for me. But it is very interesting.:)

Thank you! The best talent I'm learning is to hide the errors in the photos! Our Do-24 can almost fly, it already has its wings. Think it would be complicated, and actually quite easy. They hold with nine struts, two on each float and five in the fuselage. After closing the cylinders and flatten...

Good start! It will be interesting to continue your work. With a simple (but laborious) extra work the chains can be improved a lot.

Everything is a matter of ingenuity and practice. Holding the wire is the key, then welding is simple. What I do is on a board position the wires and fasten them with small strips of painter's tape, so they do not move, then we solder without problems. If we exceed the tin there are several...

A magnificent job! The wire is not easy to handle, you have achieved it superbly.Question: what material is the wire and what glue did you use? In my case, test an infinity of glue, none works correctly, at the slightest movement they break off. of copper and welding achieve very good result...

Thank you very much everyone! Zathros, when you see the pieces, many formers and only some guide drawings seems to intimidate but in reality up to here it is not very complicated. Please note that Gerard's designs have to be studied well before beginning, otherwise there if it gets complicated...

Excellent result, both construction and painting. The effect of wear looks very good. It is very little paint and I am surprised to see the results that are achieved on a paper model. Admirable work.

Extraordinary work. This, like several constructions that little by little I go snooping are invaluable to be learning to detail a model, which although in itself is already magnificent, can always be improved with something extra.

I have fluid contact with Gerard, lately he told me that he was thinking about releasing his designs again, although he has not decided yet. It would be very good if he does it. I agree with this about the adjustments, there are several factors that influence apart from the design...

Thanks to all! I will continue with the engines, although I'm slow, there are just a few minutes a day to dedicate. This is a nice plane and is not seen regularly, Gerard has several models that are not often seen, that's why I'm attracted to his designs. They are not simple, not perfect...

Average wing and ends, very good coupling, without corrections or inconveniences. And until here it arrives, there is enough to do still, everything marches very well. Greetings and thanks.
