Thanks! The roof is computer cable glued to the cardboard. The roof caps are coffee stir plastic cut long ways into fourths. The "bamboo" supports are grass stems.

I keep a simple spreadsheet for each magazine, months across the top, years in the first column, then just place an "X" on each magazine I have. I have one spreadsheet for each magazine. It's easy to update, most of the work is already done. Then, so I can access it from anywhere or share it...

Thanks a bunch guys. I also should add I will be doing less time consuming on-line work elsewhere. Don't worry about the new job, I've been at it for months. Overtime will decrease by summer as new sytems are in place. Old job is gone now, so there was really not much choice. It's a better...
