Yeah! Got the propellers done! Well, back to making a living.

I just finished watching... well, only the boat scenes and took tons of screengrab. And of course, the consistency of the boat design is none existence. Funny, I never noticed the inconsistency until I look at it frame to frame. I guess they can't afford to hire a checker for their studio...

I'm going to wait until I have time to see the watch the film again.

Thanks, everyone. Think I got all the shapes rough out. Once I find time to spend some quilty time with the movie I'm sure I will have to do a lot of remodeling.

The main wingtip and the tail skin bother me a bit, need to play with them a little.

My freelance job has been keeping me busy day and night. After work, I don't want to look at the computer anymore. But dammit... Address the cockpit to make it more to scale. Will have to dig out the movie to study how the wing attaches to the boat after things rough out. Going have to do...

The references I collected is not consistent, of course. And I give up long ago to try to make thing anime accurate. I do try to stay close, though. But my skill set is not there. Close enough is good enough nowadays, get stuff off the plate while having fun doing it is my goal. Or at least...

I was hoping it would have some detail scale drawings but nope. Still happy to have them though.

So I finally got the official 2202 Yamato design file book #2, don't have to look at the web images anymore. So nice! Trying to flip through pages very carefully :D :D :D Wish I have the original 3d models.

I have given up trying to match the concept art or the plastic model kit. Got enough headache at work, don't need any more headache from my hobby too. It supposed to be relaxing, damn it.
