Just said a prayer for you. I have a son suffering from a 1 in 10 million people problem.

Thanks! No updates yet.

I have been doing some detailing on the cab of the truck. I want to finish it before installing it. I plan to build it with open ‘hatches’ in the windshield area, and have added one of the hatches to the driver’s door along with grab handles. Also, a real work saver for me is that I decided not to build those complicated tracks. I found a nice looking set in another kit, scaled them to fit and stuck a piece on the rig to see what it looks like. I like it.

If you added the little strips to the tracks, they could be black strips to emulate rubber, it would make the tracks really pop. :)

I had planned to use some EVA foam on the former tracks, and may do that to these. Cutting a zillion little strips would be easy enough to do. Thanks for the idea for these!

Well, how about this? My shaky hands and scissor cuts make the rubber cleats look ‘used’. I think I can do this. CA glue on the pads before forming the track. That piece is one of the ‘stretchers’ that I printed from another kit.
Also, one headlight is done, and installed now. (A large paper straw formed the cylinder for it. Otherwise one layer of card was too thin and fiddly to work with.
