UHU02 AT/ST

Leave it to UHU02 to develop a paper model that is better detailed than the plastic models. LOL He tha man!

I keep dropping in now and then and I am pleased with your workmanship. I love your attention to detail. Thanks for sharing and waiting to see more of your project.

a test build on the head to get the view ports aligned. Looks like UHO02 is going for a interior insert which(fingers crossed) will contain a cockpit interior and then fit inside the main head

Problem with plastic models is that details costs lots of money. Sometimes, it can't be done unless the scale is larger or because it changes the way the mold is popped out, it cannot be added. I made white metal molds for a while. A thankless job. This ATST will be THE ATST! by which any others will be judged. :)

OH, YES!.... Now that is what I have been waiting for, the interior detail. Details like these are what makes a model. I would separate the seat belts like I did on the Viper. all of those instrument displays scream to be layered, and recessed. Thanks for your effort, they are well received with enthusiasm.

I think they are probably inductive pickups for huge stepper motors, belts would never hold out to that kind of punishment. There is no return run so I doubt they can be belts, so it is probably a wire conduit. It looks like "Greebling' Heaven!". :)

Does anyone have reference inside pictures, so we can make sense off what all that stuff is, so it can greebled in more depth, if someone so desired? just asking? :)
