Hello, everyone
I found this, as many of us do, almost by accident, since I've read something like it here. A little background: when I started in this hobby a couple of months ago, I found out that the best glue for clumsy old me would be what we call styrofoam glue, or PVA glue (alcoohol-based).
Then I got into the trouble of trying to harden the paper, and read here that someone had successfully tried lacque (hairspray). So I bought a small can of it, and guess what? It's ALSO alcohol-based! So, when I sprayed it over the model, everything started to fall apart, almost instantaneously!

It was no papaer hardener, but an excellent glue remover!!! Some weeks later, assembling Julius Perdana's Iron Man Mk VII's left leg, I forgot that I should read the right leg instructions in a mirrored way, and ended up glueing a piece on the opposite side.:-o::curse:
But then I remebered the ill-fated hairspray. Just a quick, small spray on the seam, and presto! Glue removed!:thumb:
So, if you use PVA glue, try anything that's alcohol-based, like hairspray, and it will work like magic.
Cheers!
