Now I'm put some textures and fix little details.....

i don't expect you to do the cinemating. leave that to the others on the team. me myself handles the dialogue, audio insertion and environment creation. i need your creative designing skills. you seem to know exactly how to recreate the gundams. i just saw your meteor...UNBELIEVABLE!

so are you in?

ps... we're not doing this to make money. that would be plagirism. we want to attract the most gundam fans to this project ever because gundam rules!:thumb:

WOW tom thats awsome how large are we talking here. someone on another forum is making a 1/200 scale freedom with metoer but that is only going to be 10cm tall. well the freedom is. but this is looking way better. cant wait to see more. well done.

Hi tom,
nice to see your development here!.. I also wanted to be a good designer, but still searching and have a constant learning. What reference did you use to produce the 3d model design? do you have the plastic model of those gundams?

I only use pictures from internet to design my impulse and strike gundams. But its quite hard to be honest. mind if you share me (us) here where did you get your reference?

It's sounds a great idea!!! I really like to do it, but I wonder if you and your team have a deadline to do this, cause if I'm doing this, it takes time....You see I'm doing this Freedom and other things... If you have no rush I will split my time and reserve some for this...:thumb:

Thanks!!! My first idea is build this gundam in the same size of the Aile Strike... But probably I can't do this cause the meteor unit is gonna be so huge and don't fit in A4 sheets.... So it's gonna be larger that I can build!!!!
PS: what's the other forum??? I'm curious and like to see this other Freedom....

thanks!! But no, I don't have the plastic models... in my country it's too expensive (that's why I start do make my own models)... so about the references, I'm using dalong.net too and have this site, this guy do an impressive job creating 3D models....

No deadline dude. we are taking our time. we want this to be just the anime, but longer, better with the original eng voices. i have voice manipulating software, so we can dub our own dialogue, but it'll sound like matt hill (kira) and the others. cool hey.

but i would like you to start on these models at your own pace. seriously, take your time. this list is only there because i can't keep in touch twenty four seven, but if i evenually log on, we can continue.announce1

strike rouge. (i think you only have to change the color)
strike freedom.

can you do that?

by the way, if know you someone who might be able to help with the project, let me know. we need people designers and a few more cinemators.

I will!!! But I will design from zero, cause this 3D that I made are too "cubic" only for paper, so I can do it better!!!:thumb:

I say keep it at the same scale as your Aile Tomfogo, bigger is better :) Why do you say it can't be printed on a4? Is there no better way to unfold the surfaces in order to fit them?

that's fine, but what program are you using. i use blender. i'm not sure if your models from your program will work on mine, but luckily i have an alternate way if they don't, so it's cool...just a slice of ice. :thumb:

what did you mean by your last post:confused:
sorry, but i didn't quite get it. the bit about cubish etc.

this may sound odd, but is there a way for you to send me a post or mail without it being posted to the board. i would like to run the storyline and things like that past you. of the group so far, you're the only one who doesn't have all the details

WOW!! I've been away too long!!!! I love your Freedom model as well as your previous Aile Strike! Beautifully done my friend! ;)

sign1 Lol.... the same guy inspired me to start making 3D gundams!

I used dalong alot also, but at time there are gundams I want to make but they havent got the MG 3-view drawing. Pictures are at times not too clear... so I just cut the process (expensively) by buying the plastic model... Doh its expensive, but still okay and kinda worthit.

Well... I tend to make 2nd grade gundams now. Many people have made those populars like freedom, strike, strikefreedom, etc, which mostly have MG grade in their plastic model. For 2nd grade gundams, I had to buy the plastic thing.... just like for my aegis (check my thread for picture...)
