What's wrong with major internet hobby suppliers not replying to simple emails - like what's the status of my $400 plus order??? I am going to choose where I buy ANY MRR product by the firm that REALLY provides this VERY BASIC form of customer service. -----OK I feel better now------ If you are a major internet hobby shop - it may pay to actually respond to simple requests :curse: or do not put that feature on your web site. I have found TWO that do not even answer their 800 number - what gives? wall1
