Yellow Tachikoma Matsukei Building Machine

I've read the thread:
and so the talk of dead horses.

For those using English as a 2nd or 3rd language:

"Don't flog a dead horse." means that some efforts are futile, time-wasting - if something has been discussed completely, the topic should not be raised again.

Palmer, I see now "Ghost in the Shell" is not a game. I found links to the TV shows.
I also found out that the original server for those models went down permanently about Jan 2007. There appear to be no archives.
The blog site has no recent posts other than yours, and some sp*m.
I reckon that if a site isn't wiping out the sp*m, it's either dead, or dying.

I guess, for the 'big-bad-boss' model you're after, if you post some screen captures or other pictures, you may well get some help with designing it yourself.

I already knew the 'dead horse' thing, even if I'm not mothertongue(mmm... maybe something like this exists in my language too)!sign1

It should be great to 3d-design the 'cube-body' and I'm sure the kind people in this forum will help me! (Thank you!)
But unlucky I don't have no idea from where to start!
Maybe we can retalk about it when I'll gain some 3d basic skills:mrgreen:

Yep, I watched Ghost in the Shell - Stand Alone Complex a few years back. Very good anime.

That robot model looks interesting.

Thanks for putting the yello Tachikoma out there Palmer. The episodes that this Tachikoma are featured in are some of my faves. Looking forward to adding it to my collection.

Thank you for your attenction guyz!
If you'll ever build this model, please post some pics in this thread, I'll be very honorated!

I'd like to see the tachi battle-tank being card modeled. To anyone who remembers the 3rd episode of Season one of GITS. The tank that went on the rampage.

Yeah, it had the ghost of its dead creator inside, this guy was weak and sick but his religion didn't permitted him to convert himself in artificial body, so after dead he downloaded his mind in the tank.. I love GITS!

The tank is very cool and more deadly-appearing than a Tachikoma but they share the same body plan, a similiar tank can be seen in the first movie, it almost destroys the Major!

It'd be fantastic if someone design it!

GITS is one of the animes with the deepest philosophy included... I really like that series and would love the tank modeled!
