I have finished the last WOLF359-ship:
USS Princeton, Niagara-Class with the final standdisplay!!!

now i make the instructions for all 3 ships!

Just kidding friend! I think every designer goes through that, I know I do! Have you thought about reinforcing that structure with wire maybe? Only reason I ask is because I really like that stand!

Any thoughts on another trio?

yes i have, but stand is unstable between the "finger" and the "foot"! it´s a constrution problem! I like the "old" stand too, but this one had 10 pages with many fold lines and the new has only 3 sites!!!

re Borg textures, i'm sure you can whip one up, it's mainly a layered bunch of random plates and tubes, with some greenish glows, after all.

Yeah thats a good idea. You could have a couple ships blow apart and held with a larger stand to look like a tractor beam.
