There was a guy making a huge Enterprise with just that! I cannot think of his name at the moment, but the other site does still have the thread I believe.
By the way, What do you guys think of this fold line to accommodate the curve on the bottom of the hydrogen collector vent? I would really like to hear some opinions.

Ultimately, you have to cut and see how it comes together. With Rhino3D, it will tell me a percentage of distortion, but moving control points, you can close up that distortion/. I've found that with a pair of scirros, you can do it even quick, and some tape and glue, form a shapee even quicker, then take a picture, import it back into Rhino using the "PictureFrame" command, and cut that picture up to get your new part. Scale it, and you now have your part. CAD works both ways. The Brain works better though.
