I sure hope someone on here knows who original designed this one.
Simple 2 page TARDIS from our resources section. Printed on 67# cardstock.

It looks like I start by making the central "box" structure... I'll try stuffing it with scraps and tissue too give it some strength.

I started cutting out panels on the pieces that will be laminated to the sides.

Got all the side recesses cot out, and cut out the "Police Box" frames.

Next I'll start scoring the fold lines, an cut out the "box" core.

Season 12 episode 2, we are one year behind but we can choose between the English and the German sound which is a big plus. This year we even get additional English subtitles, too. The station airs season 18 of Classic Who directly after. All of them are Free TV premieres.

Yesterday they showed "Meglos", all four eps edited into one long movie. It was quite enjoyable and I must say that Tom's performance is on par with David Tennant's. He IS the Doctor. But damn, Romana II looks EXACTLY like a colleague of mine at work. She looks so much like her that you could photoshop a picture of her into a classic Who poster with Tom beside her - and it would fit! :D Did you know that Tom and Lalla were married (for 16 months)?

Tom Baker is the first Doctor I ever saw when I was 6. I randomly watched some eps on Dutch TV but I don't know which ones they were. The TARDIS stood in a train station, K-9 was there and there were some freaky looking aliens, that is all I remember.

I had a crush on Lalla Ward when I first saw her as Romana II. Tom Baker was my first Doctor, I even have a TARDIS T-Shirt that has "You always remember your first Doctor"

Tom is my first Doctor, too, with Matt Smith being the second. When I was little it was hard for me to follow what was going on because there was no-one who could translate the dialogue for me. The look was very weird to me since I was spoiled by Buck and BSG, so I moved on to another show featuring a talking car (when I heard its scanner sound: "Whooo-hoooo" I thougt, hey, finally something I DO understand! ;) ). Decades later I gave the show a new chance and started again, this time with season 5 of modern Who. I thought, hey, that's not too bad. Then I ordered the DVDs of modern seasons 1 - 4 and got hooked. I agree, Romana II is adorable. Thank goodness I'll see her again pretty soon. Tomorrow - at work. :D

I was in a comic store here in SW CA, Chula Vista to be precise, and they had the Doctor Who action sets, and it was all I could do to keep myself from spending every penny I had, They had Pertwee, Baker, Davidson, Smith, and Whitaker figures, as well as Daleks, Cybermen, and a Tardis coin bank...

It looks like you can greeble it out a bit.
I'm gonna do my best on this one. I found RocketMan Tam's much better TARDIS, but I don't have his permission to put it up here...
I got the box core stuffed...

And the top closed. I used the closest color I have to edge paint the seams.

Next I start adding details...

I am trying this to add the slopped top, I cut the diagonals, and then glued small pieces of scrap paper to the center of the top piece.20210916_162238.jpg

In total, 12 thicknesses of paper added to the center of the roof, then glued to the top of the core.

Then glued down the edges of the roof.

Then doubled the base, and attached it.
