Zathros says I need to reintroduce myself, so HI everyone. Been out awhile thanks to some eyeball difficulties, but now I can see and cut and glue again!
Hey Revell-fan. I now do mostly Sci-fi stuff. But I have done architectural builds too. When we had an actual hobby shop in town (it left, dangit) I would do all kinds of things in plastic. Military, trucks, cars, planes, sci-fi (of course). I'm currently building Beroc's warhound. Just working on the guns now. I may post pictures...I don't think I'm very good, but I try. Oh hey, I did do a 2001 Discovery once. Lemme see here...View attachment 155584
The long thing was a bit of a cheat. I used ... a dowel! Yes I know, not paper, but hey, it's from a tree! Same thing, right?Howdy...Welcome Back!!! Please post picture!!! Would love to see build threads on your build of the warhound in the appropriate area in the forums! ( We love build Threads!) Helps Everyone to learn!!
Seems like most of the old style walk in, hands on Hobby Shops are a thing of the past..at least anywhere that I can drive to! Shame..there were 3 within driving range just a few years ago..
2001 looks good..you managed to keep that long thing nice and straight!!
