Has anyone built a alien head

As the title states has anyone built/designed/made a 1.1 alien head from the film/s of the same name.I would love one for my wall,maybe a pep file could do it.It would be a cool thing to build while waiting for the various terminator files to be released.

ive looked at sculpting one that scale, and even then its daunting. You would need a LOT of internal bracing.
