Position: Train Service Employees
Summary: ENRR is seeking individuals who have a desire to work in the transportation field as conductor and engineer. Train Service Employees are accountable for safe work and operating practices, thorough knowledge of the CROR Rules, knowledge of and compliance with all GOI, Transportation Safety Rules and Work Guidelines, Transportation of Dangerous Goods and Transport Canada Regulations.

Summary: The ENR has an opening for an innovative person who has analytical and organizational abilities to manage the daily operations of a railway. This individual will be responsible to direct and coordinate all activities and ensure safe, efficient operations that maximize the operating income of the railway. The ideal candidate will be safety-oriented, have a solid operations background, can work effectively with a small unionized staff, and will have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. This person will be responsible to review, recommend and implement operations processes in order to maximize efficiency. Effective on the spot decision-making, as well as responsibility for business planning process will be an integral part of this position.
