    The Gauge backup

Just for the record, this Google group has be discontinued. It was started back when the train forum was actually, the-gauge.com, but basically it no longer had any meaning when all the different forums were merged here and had no activity since then. Since those of us that started it are no...

    The Gauge backup

Sorry, but this old Google group has being abandon and a new group is forming. There hasn't been a new post on this old group for years and I'm not sure anyone else even knows about it so it will probably be shut down soon. There is another similar group on Yahoo that has even less interest and...

    Duplication of posts

The forum "Model Railroading" as you list showing duplicates, is just a main header where the "Logging,..." forum resides. I see no topics under "Model Railroading", just a list of forum titles.

    Duplication of posts

Just as a matter of record, when Zealot was first formed, there were literally thousands of duplicate posts. Some entire threads were duplicated, some just had duplicate posts in the same thread. Most of those were in the card modeler section, but all of the admins at that time chipped in and...

    placing figures

I have used both tacky glue and plastic glue depending on what the figure is going on. I also cut down on the base when a figure is on one. The figures will stand up with just a little glue, even without a base.

    Ads on posts?

Ah ah, you must have not logged in. If you are not logged in and don't have your browser set to block ads, the first post in every thread will have ads attached. For some of us, adding that "feature" was the last straw...

Somehow I feel that all this shocking and tingling stuff has got to hertz. Although it does peak my interest, I'd rather go cycling.

Well yeah, it does kind of gets you all charged up just reading it. It's a lot better than committing battery to take out your aggressions, and a lot safer too.

Yeah, it's about time to disconnect. We have far exceeded the half-life of this thread and the original purpose has long been switched to a different circuit anyway. But there for a while, things were indeed seemed to glow just a little bit brighter.:wave:

I suggest you get someone to take you for a ride in their ground plane. Logically speaking, you can try this and/or you can take a bus to where you need to go.

One needs to probe into just why that is. Test your energy level, eat a few power bars to amplify things.

Perhaps if you guys were able to reverse polarity and conduct yourselves at a constant rep rate, there wouldn't be any overload conditions.

True, but that glow can cause a field effect transition to occur and possibly collapse your diode array causing phantom signals, so be careful my friend.

Not really. I know you've been a bit over-clocked, running faster than you should, but I've also seen times when you're flip-flopping generating random patterns in your spectrum analyzer.

One thing is crystal clear, your reception of the signals that were sent have not gone to waste.

That all depends on how you're wired. You do realize that you are gauged by most people that way.

It does seem to have hit its peak. I just hope no one pulls the plug though.

Well, I kinda thought that I'd just go to the reception with my tran-sistor since she's been waiting at the gate just dioding to see what kind of a marriage this is.

Yes, there is. My cosine Mikey has been helping me understand things not of this world. He says that I'm getting phantom signals from somewhere.
