** Here I'll post what is going on the this PGW facility. Presently 2 old 1830's coaches have been rebuilt and delivered to Bergen points freight station. They will be transferred to The first turntable section track behind the PGW offices. The PGW started a Rail Fan day 4 or 5 years back and used the first 2 tracks for display of old period equipment in their collection. Here is a photo from a year or two back showing track number one. A 2-2-0 loco is next to a Camden & Amboy passenger car, then two English passenger car of the Rocket fame. After that a Dewitt Clinton passenger car and then the Clinton locomotive. This Rail Fan day became so popular that a constant number of Rail Fan's show up every day to see the old equipment. Now the first 2 tracks have become a permanent museum equipment display. Their are also displays inside in the 1st floor of our restored Victorian Station which is used as out corporate office building.

A small station and a switchouse named London Road. A very common station, but a uncommon switchouse. It is made in England of metal construction with a whistle inside.

The 1830 coaches on their display track at the PGW museum. The switchouse in new and very much like the Lackawanna concert ones used on the cut.

The PGW has built a new station at Bergen point opposite the Frankford service area and corporate headquarters. Nothing is ever quite right, especially with new structures. This station was built from a modified Santa Fe Station plain. The original station names were on the plain. The builder used the original station name. A small problem that I can handle. New signage will be made. It does seem the local passengers do like this new station.

This station is a ceramic one, sold by Lofton, and does seem to be a perfect, well decorated, station.

Love the varied colors of this layout. It's not drab, or over industrial. Superb! :)

Here at Bergen Point in the Frankford is the Frankford engine facility. Also here is the company offices and Museum. The first 3 storage tracks behind the office building are used for open outdoor display of historic locomotives and train cars. Today I will show you the Stevenson Rocket. The winner of the Rainhill Trials.

Today at the Frankford Yards can be seen two Navy locomotives. A small davenport diesel ( Lionel) and a Baldwin 0-6-0t steam locomotive ( Mantua).
